01. Is your website optimised for SEO?

Make sure your whole website is optimised for SEO. If your website is coded poorly or it loads slowly when you are on it, then your efforts will be wasted as Google ranks you based on these things!
 

02. Utilise your contact page

Ensure you have a contact page so people can easily get find your contact details without having to read through a million other things first.
 

03. Make your key pages obvious

Your key pages should be super clear. Make sure you put them in your main menu (not sub menus) where you can so that search engines can easily figure out the most important content on your website. Having them in your main menu also means that it's easier for visitors to see what you do, quickly!
 

03. Great first impression

You've got under 3 seconds to make an impression (panic!) on your website, so make sure it speaks your brand, your values and the design makes your dream client go ‘oooohhh ahhhh’.
 

04. Concise and readable content

Are you a waffler? Ensure that the wording on your website is clear, short and won’t bore your reader! However, do make sure you are writing (a minimum) of 300 words per page to help the SEO fairies rank you higher on Google!
